Group training classes are offered daily to our clients who want to participate in a more comfortable setting with familiar faces including friends, family and other fitness enthusiasts. Classes consist of circuit training that includes cardio, resistance training, functional and core exercises to accommodate each client whether they want to lose weight, build strength, or simply attain a total body workout.
